✅ Step 3: Get Your Uniform Ready
We recommend a Class A (button down) shirt to start.
Your scout’s Class A shirt should have the following patches applied:
Pack Numbers (we are 179)
World Crest Emblem
Council Shoulder Patch - We are Garden State Council, that patch unfortunately is not available online but can be purchased by calling or visiting the Westhampton Scout shop, or from us at a meeting.
We don’t have Den #’s at this time.
We will provide your scout with his or her badge of rank.
An example of a complete Class A uniform is below.
The pack will provide neckerchief, neckerchief slide, and scout belt for your scout, along with a den specific handbook. Most of our cubbies wear jeans with their Class A shirts.
Uniforms can be bought online at Scout Shop. The website has an option to search for an in-person store, the closest one to 08108 is in Westhampton.
Uniforms are encouraged, but not mandatory, for your scout.

Look over our calendar and subscribe to it to stay informed of additions as the year progresses.
✅ Step 5: Attend Your First Meeting
On most Thursdays @ 6:30 PM Good Shepherd School, Collingswood A minimum of one parent or guardian must attend with their Scout. Check the calendar for your scouts next meeting.
